Shawn Levy is the owner and operator of ADHOC Inspection Services and is a Certified Home Inspector through Dalhousie University. Shawn became interested in home renovations and maintenance at an early age, learning many skills while working for the family construction business. These skills have been carried over to help Shawn gain over 30 years of experience in the construction industry.
Shawn’s background as an energy advisor has also allowed him to lead numerous projects in partnership with Efficiency Nova Scotia. In addition, Shawn is also a Certified Level I WETT Inspector and C-NRPP Radon Measurement Professional.
Shawn is an experienced Home Inspector who always conducts himself in a professional manner while remaining down to earth and easy to understand. Due to his length of time and vast experience in the construction industry, it makes sense that Shawn would position himself as an inspector to help people make informed decisions with their housing investments.
